Florian Tétart, the chef and owner of Maisonette, is a pastry chef and baker from Lille, France whose love for baking goes back as far as he can remember.
Some of Florian’s earliest memories are of being in his father’s bakery, playing with bread dough while watching him work.
Since then, his work has taken him all over the world, from freestanding bakeries in the United States to fine-dining restaurants in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. His résumé includes a position as Chef de Cuisine at Écriture, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Hong Kong.
Florian has always dreamed of opening his own restaurant, and Maisonette is the realization of that dream. He looks forward to sharing his passion for quality French cuisine with the Boulder community for many years to come.
